Roberto González Moro is the Global Pricing Analytics Manager at Hilti Deutschland AG, where he leads strategic pricing initiatives and advanced analytics applications. With nearly a decade of experience at Hilti, Roberto has progressed through multiple pricing roles, developing deep expertise in value-based pricing strategies and the implementation of AI and machine learning solutions in B2B environments.  

Roberto spearheaded the successful implementation of machine learning models for elasticity calculation and is currently leading the innovative CUBE project, which aims to leverage AI for identifying value drivers across product portfolios. He holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Alicante and is fluent in multiple languages including German, English, Spanish, and Catalan.
